Can you come right away?

We operate on a reservation basis.
Visits will be scheduled starting from the 3rd day after your application date.
Please make a reservation via the reservation form.

Is refinishing (redoing) possible?

Please inspect the delivered products. If there are pressing defects or if stains have not been properly removed, we will redo the finishing at no additional cost.
However, please understand that there may be cases where we cannot address the issue due to the nature of the material or the type of stain. We will provide an explanation in such instances.

What is the delivery and collection service area?

We offer delivery and collection services in Osaka City, Sakai City (with some exceptions), Izumiotsu City, Kishiwada City, Kaizuka City, and Izumisano City.

What are the payment methods?

We will send you an invoice by mail at the end of the month. Please pay at your local convenience store
